      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a clean, very dry TM mixing bowl.
    Blend for 4 seconds only on speed 6.
    (Beware - if you blend for more than 6 seconds, you'll get cashew butter!
    If you are going to use the Vegan 'Parmesan' within a few days, store it in a clean, dry jar in the pantry. If not, store in a clean, dry jar in the fridge (to keep the cashews fresh).
    In the fridge, Noochesan will keep for many weeks (except that you'll probably eat it all before then!).

Tip

This recipe can easily be doubled - but don't double the chopping time - chop for 6 seconds only (or, you will make cashew butter!).
