      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place cashews into mixing bowl and mill for 20 sec/speed 5.
  2. 2. All all remaining ingredients tnto mixing bowl amnd blenmd for 30 secs/speed 9. Suitable to use for cooking stright away, if not see step 3.
  3. 3. Transfer to a bowl, cover and place in the fridge to chill if required. NOTE: the longer you leave in the fridge the thicker the consistance will become.

Note you can also add mustards or spices to your cream if required. Will last several days in the fridge if covered.
