      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Fruit Juice to bowl
  2. Heat juice on 65 degrees, speed 1 for 3 1/2 mins
  3. Turn the machine onto speed 3 for 2 mins and through the hole in the lid add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour into silicone mould and refridgerate for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Yields 40ish gummies - depends on mould size.
