Yes, I make yogurt in the TMX, then drain it in cheesecloth over the laundry sink for a couple of days. Voila - Labne, which makes a yummy cheese ball, coated in Dukkah, or stored in herbed olive oil, like marinated feta.

There is a recipe for labne (marinated yoghurt cheese balls) on Taste.com. You might like to try that with Thermomix yoghurt.

:) I found this Canadian Foodie blog and she made the yoghurt, then turned that into Yoghurt Cheese and the marinated the yoghurt cheese balls - I was wondering if anybody has done this as well and how successful it was. When I make Tzaiki Dip I always drain the yoghurt over night so that when you add the cucumber and lemon juice it is not so runny. Thanks Sunday
