I have a Chicken Tikka Masala recipe I would like to make and for the most part I can convert the recipe to Thermomix steps however I am not sure what the rule is for cooking chicken, most chicken thigh recipes I have are only for small quantities like 500-600g. Can anyone help on how long (temp, speed etc) I should cook 1.5kg of chicken thighs for?

 

I have tried to look up other recipes in the forum today however the screens arent displaying properly today. Very weird.
