Hi Butternut.  I use a really simple & easy recipe.  Firstly, soak 50g brown rice and 1L water overnight.  Then blend in TMX for 2 mins, speed 9; then add a tablespoon of coconut oil, 30g maple syrup (if you like a little bit of sweetness) and a pinch of salt; cook for 7mins 70C spd4 then blend slowly for about 40secs, gradually increasing from spd1 to spd8.  I then like to strain into a glass milk bottle and that's it!  If you don't mind the grainy texture, you don't have to strain the milk.  I use 200mls everyday in my smoothies so it lasts 5 days in the fridge, not sure if being in a glass bottle helps rather than plastic.  Make sure you give the bottle a good shake each time before you use it.

DKTwist  -  how do you make your rice milk?!  I've not long had my TM.

Thanks I will have to find the recipes, I'm new to the community and haven't worked my way around it yet Smile

So far I've made quite a lot of the yummy recipes in the community by swapping milk with rice milk (made in TMX), use nuttelex in place of butter and gluten free flour.  Can you use these?

My son has severe intolerances as per the heading, and I'm desperate to try tasty recipes to make snacks for school. They have to be but free due to school policy too, otherwise life would be easier. So far we do rice crackers, raw veg, boiled eggs, but he gets bored and wants to eat normal food. I found he's been sneaking 'normal' food so I'd like to make stuff everyone will eat, then we are all the same.
