Hi CreativeMe68, welcome to the Thermomix family. In regards to the shelf life of the Thermomix meals,it really depends on the recipe and the freshness of the ingredients used. We'd recommend freezing anything that you aren't going to consume in 2-3 days. The stock paste will usually last about 3 months in your fridge. The salt acts as a preservative. Make sure you add it to all your soups, stews and risottos for extra flavour so that you can make the most of it. If you don;'t think you are going to use it all then store in ice cubes in the fridge. The salt content will mean that it won't freeze solid.

I believe the stock lasts 6 months in fridge and 12 months in freezer. High salt content means you'll still be able to scoop it soft out of the freezer.

Hi I am a new Thermy owner.  My name is Sharon and it is just hubby and me at home now, my kids are grown up and flown the coop. I love cooking things from scratch, so the Thermomix had me sold right from the start. First thing I cooked was the vege stock and then I cooked Chicken and Asparagus Risotto.

Got a couple of questions

How long is the fridge shelf life of Thermomix cooked meal???How long can you freeze stock for???
