Forum red sauce for EDC meatloaf

Please use the following quantities of sweet potato, carrot and potato:
600 g sweet potato
170 g carrot
170 g potato
The consistency of the red sauce is meant to be slightly thicker (it is more of a sauce you serve on the side rather than a sauce to pour on top of the meatloaf).
Something to note is that the different brands of canned chopped tomatoes can have varying juice/liquid. Depending on your preference, if you would like a runnier consistency, add a little water into the sauce (in the bowl) before cooking the meatloaf in the Varoma.

I tried the EDC meatloaf and red sauce tonight. The meatloaf was delicious but the red sauce was thick and more like a vegetable puree. The recipe asks for 1 potato and 1 sweet potato... this quantity seems a little vague to me. Does anyone have an approximate guide for how much potato & sweet potato to use?
