Hi ,yes I have made jam and marmalade,it makes about 2 jars and its delish,the lemon butter is also good,I use my thermomix which name is Manu multiple times a day ,love doing bread ,rolls ,and scrolls as well

im in Adelaide. Did live in Victoria for 18 months in flemmington. Gez long time ago tho..23yrs!

thx for the offer of some thermomix help. Looking forward to trying it out, will be sure to have a few interesting mishaps!! Never know might create an amazing new reHopeful lave you tried marmalade or Jam before. If so what amount does it make?

i would love to be your thermie friend. Am new to the thermomix world. Just ordered my TM5 but have to wait 6-8 weeks! I'm also new to posting things. Don't have Facebook etc. Gee I'm in a whole new world!!! Jusy please excuse any etiquette in posting I stuff up....as I said its all new...but fun!

Hi Suzie,

I've had my thermie (Jamie) since 17 August this year.  We moved to Beaufort on 15 August and two days later, Jamie arrived.

I've cooked the mushroom risotto a couple of times (big hit!), made vegie stock (although didn't use the full amount of salt), made macaroni cheese a few times (family favourite) and the other night I made up a chicken mornay to cook in pies.  

I must admit, I've had a couple of spectacular fails, too!

I'm Sharon, I've just moved to Beaufort (between Ballarat and Ararat).  I have no thermie-friends.  Very sad, but I know no-one in my area, so would love to have some web-friends that have a thermie!

I've only had mine for a month, but I love it.
