Hi

My name is Valerie, I live in DublinIreland

i tried to make date fingers in the Tm31 today the recipe is 8ozs flour 6ozs sugar 4ozs butter 4OSS chopped dates

1teasp baking powder 1 teaspoon bread soda dipped in 1 tblsp milk 

I mixed everything except the dates at speed five for 30 seconds then I stirred in the dates the mixtur seemed fine but it was very crumbly when cooked and fell apart, could anyone suggest what was wrong?
