Forum PROFITEROLES
Try the one I used. I (and my wife) highly recommend it.
She is normally the one to make these (pre TM days) and even she was impressed with the final product.
We filled ours with Brandy Custard and topped them with Chocolate & Coffee Sauce.

It's a different recipe. The one I used is in the Green Recipe Book that comes with the Thermomix
Hi Mystique,
I did my first ever attempt at profiteroles a couple of days ago following the recipe at http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/breads-rolls-recipes/profiteroles/16974
I'm not sure if that is the same as on the chip but they turned out just perfect in the TM5.

I have attempted to make the profiteroles in the TM5 twice and both times it was an epic fail!
I am new to thermie and followed the recipe exactly as indicated by the chip. I also double checked the recipe in the book to make sure amounts and steps were the same. Mixture was way too runny even after leaving mixture to cool for twice the allocated time.
Any suggestions would be welcome
