Forum why wont my vegetable stock freeze?

I often keep a gallon-sized zip-top bag in my freezer, and fill it with any vegetable bits and bobs that I discard while cooking. I usually gather all the vegies. Pull a bag-o-scarps from the freezer or even gather few carrots, onions, celery or any vegies that can be cut in half but don't need to peel. Some herbs and garlic gloves too.

My didn't either. I think the salt content is too high. Made chicken stock didn't add salt it froze fine.
