Hi. I have just made almond milk and have the left over almond kernels etc -looks like almond meal- and am wondering if so someone could point me in the direction of a recipe that I could use this in. I have read somewhere that it can be used as a base for cheesec or in biscuit recipes.

I am constantly experimenting with this, but I have never posted a recipe as I have never measured anything or made the same thing twice.
With almond meal, I normally mix that with some dried fruit and make bliss balls for the children. With left over rice pulp from rice milk, I have mixed it with leftover coconut pulp (from coconut milk) added margarine and sugar and baked it into a semi biscuit cake thing in a small tin.
With soy pulp, I just bin it as I haven't found anything quick andeasy.
