Forum Is there a host gift when you have a demo
Hello Everyone,
After finally deciding to buy my first TM at my recent home demo (2wks ago), which was just great, I immediately set about organising a 2 week menu from the basic cookbook (nothing too complicated but a good mix of everything) & this had been a great way to get cooking with the TM everyday!
The day my TM arrived with my consultant I chose to make the stock veg paste, (which has turned out to be very useful!). That evening I spent couple hrs doing up a 2 wk menu, & shopping list for those specialty items I didn't already have, but know I will use again & again.
I'm now into my 2nd wk & everything I've made has worked out well & tasted just great! Best recipe so far has been soups (x2), beetroot salad & sticky date pudding...absolutely fabulous!!
i have also watched heaps of TM cooking demos on YouTube which has helped tremendously...strongly encourage this!
After only 2 wks I'm feeling so much more comfortable with the machine & already confident enough to play around with my own (albei) simple recipes.
BTW - never be afraid to touch base with your TM consultant, she's there to help...& go along to local TM cooking classes. I just went to the festive favourites class & it was great, plus lots of questions answered about this & that.
Hope this proves helpful to some new owners.
Cheers!

Hi can I please ask if you were required to have a minimum number of people to get the gift? We had a demo bought the thermi and were advised at the party we would be getting the thermoserver and another gift, the following day we were advised actually no we wont be getting any gifts as we didn't have enough people at the demo.
if you host a demo, and purchase, then someone else at your demo purchases, does the host get any perks from that second sale?
haha .... it took me a while to work this one out, its the highest setting on the heater dial but why would you have same word for 2 different meanings on the product, it baffled me but went back to reading the manual. I've only had mine two weeks and have to keep looking up all the abbreviations.
I have ordered my thermomix yay!! I would love to start stocking up
On things for my pantry, can anyone make some suggestions
On what I should start with? Thank you x
Hello, I have not had my TM5 for very long and have tried to steam some veggies in the veroma, it seem to take for ever. When I looked at the instructions it just says use Veroma setting.... I have no idea what that is, can someone enlighten me please.... Pls excuse my ignorance
For sure. That's how I got mine as I didn't want to host a party
Hi, I currently do not own a thermomix but would LOVE to. Do I really need to have an at home demo? I have been to a demo and seen in action im happy just to order one. Is this possible?
Thank you nicole
I received a Thermoserver for hosting the demo
Hi there,
I am by no means a guru but can share my experiences if it helps.I went to a demo before hosing my own party/demo. I bought one on the day we had the demo and because I hosted I got a Thermoserver for free. Not sure how much the deposit is for the 12 months payment option - we went the Easy 3.
Hope that's been helpful!
i have decided to buy a thermomix
so im booking in a demo to see it for real and will buy one.
I was wondering if the host gets a gift?
I'm also looking at getting the thermoserve but where do I buy them from and how much are? Can I order one same time as I order the thermomix?
also if I choose to pay off in 12 months how much of a deposit I need?
thanks in advance
