Hi, my TM31 has just gave me the Error Code 32, I've never had it before. Help????

Thank you for your message. Is there any particular recipe where you are not able to see the comments? You should be able to scroll to the bottom of the recipe and see any comments posted, unless there aren't any comments made.

What device are you using to view the recipes and comments? Please send us a message when you are able and we will get back to you with an answer.

How can I see the replies in the recipe forum when people ask questions I'd like to see answers

Hello,

I too have suddenly had this error on my TM31 in the middle of a recipe. One minute it was working fine, next step, and E.r 32. Have switched on and off several times over several days to no avail.

Please, any advice on how to make my machine functional again is greatly appreciated, as I can't seem to get in touch with my Thermy rep.


Are there meant to be replies to all these questions? I can't seem to see any?
I also have the same problem.

I'm getting Error 32 when I try to use my TM.  I've tried switching on & off etc. My consultant is away so I cant check in with her curently.  it would be great to get some trouble shooting tips so I can use it again ASAP.

Hello, I have also just suddenly got a error code on a TM31 after around 2.5 years of owning it - my rep is no longer with Thermomix as she has moved countries so not sure what to do.

Hi There,

After owning a TM31 for a tad over 2 years and practically no issues to speak of, this evening when we were prepping our dinner the Thermomix displayed Error 32.

Does anyone have any idea what this error relates to and how to rectify it?
