This shouldn't damage your Thermomix.

If you notice your Thermomix not behaving as it should when using it subsequently, please call 1800 004 838, and a member of our Service team will be able to advise you.

Thank you for responding. I stayed with it the entire duration. Is there a chance it could damage the mechanism? It really did sound very strained.

Hi suling,

The TM31 can knead 600 g of flour (see page 7 of the Everyday Cookbook). It is important that you do not leave your Thermomix unattended during kneading.

hi to thermomix office and TM31 owners

just wondering if anyone has tried kneading about a 600gm quantity of dough in the TM31 and sounds like the machine is struggling and the blade even slows down? This was about 5 minutes into kneading and I'm really worried if this will damage the blade mechanism.
