Thanks for your enquiry, yes the Thermomix can definitely whip egg whites for meringues. Try referring to your EDC in the basics secition under whipped egg whites it has some great tips to follow to ensure that this will work. Plus another tip is to use room temperature egg whites.

Another idea is to refer to the recipes on recipe community for meringues and follow the method for a 5 star rating recipe reading all the below comments to get other people's tips etc.

Does the Thermomix do it or not? I would hope it would....


Has anyone got the details of how to cream egg sixth sugar , where they turn out thick and creamy?

If so what settings ?
