Hi CarmenStephen,

We do not recommend doubling the Mongolian Lamb Hot Pot recipe as it is.

If you wish to prepare 2 batches, you can do 2 batches of the marinade and marinate 2 batches of the lamb, but where it comes to Step 3 and 4, cooking these batches separately.
