Hi All,

I saw a recipe for coconut whip cream; i tried...but it become clump and the cream starts to separate.

Q1: How do you know if the cream has reached it whipped cream stage (it became a little fluffly but still very heavy)

Q2: When using the butterfly, do you still spin it in the clockwise direction or with the anti-clockwise direction?

I was looking forward to whip up some cream and mix it with condensed milk to make ice cream base, but nothing works.

HELP!
