Thank you TM Head Office, yes I meant so I can preheat the thermoserver.  The reason I asked the question was because when I added a hot meal to it, after a few seconds it made a loud metal "POP" noise..!! Was quite loud and wasnt sure if that is a normal occurrance??  While the meal I made was hot straight from the TM I needed to keep it hot for a while...

Hi TMcook123,

Are you wanting to preheat the Thermoserver with boiling water then emptying before placing your food in?

The Thermoserver can hold boiling water however please handle with extreme care to avoid spillage, scalding hands etc.

Kind regards,

Thermomix Head Office
