Hi,
I own a TM31 and I keep getting the C140 error halfway through cooking. It's to the point where I have given up cooking a meal (I have to get out my frypan/sauce pan and finish cooking the meal on the stove top). I haves just been using the thermie to to chop my vegetables - which in saying that, the lid now won't close and now that doesn't work. The only way to get it to work is if I push hard on the lid to add extra weight when the clasps are holding the lid. Very annoying. Can someone please help me?
