Yes you can substitute rapidura for brown sugar and it should be the same amount.

I'm about to start making Anzac Biscuits, and the recipe in the cookbook says "brown sugar"....am I able to substitute this for Rapidura, and if so.....what ratio do I use?

Any help would be really greatly appreciated.
