If you Google "How to make a Thermomix Gingerbread House" on You Tube, it will come up with a video of how to make and construct the house using the Thermomix recipe that Vanbrooky posted. The Royal Icing recipe is in the The Basic Cookbook on Pge 75 or the Everday Cookbook, Pge 51.These recipes are used in the TM5 machine but I'm not sure if they're suitable for the TM31. Hope this helps.

I have it:
380 gram Plain Flour
1 1/2 tbl ground ginger, 1 tsp mixed spice, 1 tsp bicarb, 100g brown sugar, 150g golden syrup, 150g butter, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 egg yolk. Oven 180, all ing in bowl, 12 sec speed 6, Scrape and knead 50 sec. knead to ball, fridge 1 hr. 7 portions, 11-14 min, cool 20 min, transfer from mould to rack.

HELP!!!!
I purchased the gingerbread house last Christmas from a friend who is a consultant, but we moved in April and I have the moulds but I cannot find the Recipe Card anywhere!! I have unpacked ALL my cooking books and searched through all of them incase it's in the pages, but cannot find it!! Is this something I can get emailed to me?
