We have increased the volume of the mixing bowl and Varoma of the Thermomix TM5 compared with the Thermomix TM31 as follows:
The TM5 mixing bowl can now hold 2.2 litres (instead of the previous 2.0 litres) and the Varoma can hold 3.3 litres (instead of the 3.0 litres in the TM31).
If your recipe is under the capacity of these volumes you can continue.
If you exceed these volumes it can cause the mixing bowl to overflow, which can be dangerous.
