hi I’ve had my Thermie for 3 years now and apart from some initial problems which were fixed under warranty it has been fine until today. When making the protein shake it stopped with the message to clean the contact pins. When I checked everything looked fine so I did a shutdown, left it for a while, turned it back on and same thing happened again. Any suggestions as to what to do appreciated.
My original distributor is no longer working for Thermomix
