We suggest any where it is warm. So in winter if you have a room that is heated place in there.
If you are cooking in your oven then near your oven. You can even place boiling water into a ThermoServer and place the bowl over the top, ensuring that the bowl is not touching the water.

Hi, on my 6th bread bake today- and it just dawned on me with winter fast approaching, how to get a successful final rise in the bread tin?
I have been doing old school methods and placing out in the sun with great results, so just wanting some tips on what to do when the rain sets in, thanks fir any tips
