Forum second wash of butter

When draining butter for the second time (ie:- the first drain being the buttermilk which I use in bread, pancakes or cakes) after washing it with 500 ml water, is there anything I can use this milky liquid for? I would appreciate any ideas so I don't waste it. Thanks!
