I would like to ask for help as I send already 2 emails to support team about my thermomix shows error c150
nobody did not answers for a month
and just because my agent is my boyfriend sister she refused to help with contact
Aldo she has been nominated the best seller in uk
its a joke
please help if somebody knows where to find this line where is the courier can come and pick up
also anybody if know how to refund this thing if it’s possible
my boyfriend was convinced by his sister how good this is when he was living alone
he used it max 10 times
how ever in one year we did not used it even once
I know how to cook without it
no effence I love traditional cooking better
