I recently poured cream into my TM but had neglected to put the blades in the bowl. Cream poured out everywhere and into the workings of my TM. Rang the TM service people who advised me to let it dry out for 2 days and then try it. I let it go for 3 days and although it showed some improvement, it was still moribund. Called TM service staff again and spoke with a fabulous woman, Patricia, who has the most beautiful Scottish accent. I had to pack up my TM and post it to Melbourne, I live in Newcastle. Within one week, I had my TM back and it’s working perfectly. It cost me $290 which is a whole lot better than buying a new one! The speed of the service and Patricia’s professionalism was faultless.
