Forum C160 and C144 TM5

Hi Vmayes

Thank you for your post. We are looking into this however it would help knowing what recipe you were cooking (and on what platform) and what was in the bowl. The details do matter as the machine is able to register subtle differences.
Were you using the splash guard during this cook? Uing the measuring cup during high heat function would cause the bowl to get too hot. The splash guard will allow heat and steam to escape.

If you could please provide us with some feedback and we could look into it further for you.

Warm regards

Hi I was in the middle of cooking rice tonight and got error c160 which shut my machine down, then every time I tried to resume the cooking I kept getting error c144.
tried a few times to start using the machine but keep getting the same error code.
what do I need to do?
thanks Jo

I too am having these errors come up on my TM5. I live in the Kimberley region. What/how do I sort this problem out?

Thanks.
Colleen
