Just wondering what the reason for the blade to be doing this ... cleaning mine last night and realised it has done the same. Is it something to do with the actual machine or isolated to the blade.

My blade spindle broke as well. How do I go about replacing?


I have also just had this happen to my blade shaft. Connection shredded but not stuck to base.

This was a replacement made to my machine 3 years ago.

Can you please let me know the process to replace?

I have the same problem. Was there a fix? The blade shaft has sheered and is now stuck in the bottom of the machine.

Hi everyone, 

 

the blades in our thermomix stopped spinning mid use today and upon taking the 1512 base apart we saw the blade spinning mechanism has split in two - has anyone had this happen before? 

 

Im always wondering if there's a way to contact the service department directly, as our consultant is no longer a consultant and nobody new touched base with us to take over so we don't really have a consultant. our thermomix is still in warranty
