Hi funnygirl5,
I've been on that since Feb and I love it. which blood group are you? I'm an O and have adapted a couple of recipes for thermomix in the 2-3 weeks that i have owned it 
Obviously if you are not an O I won't be much help...

Hi all
I'm about to start the blood type diet and was wondering if anyone else is following it and if they have any tips for using the Thermomix with ingredients like spelt flour and spelt, corn or gluten free pasta. Any tips would be great....
