I made the herbed lavosh, but omitted herbs and added poppy seeds. Delicious and fabulous if you make it like"barossa bark" as a gift,  my girlfriend loved the lavosh and fruit paste I gave her.

Could it be the chocolate you used? I have made this a couple of times using dark chocolate and it turns out perfectly.

My Chocolate Walnut Fudge did not set. I followed all instructions except I changed the Walnuts to Pecans. I have a feeling that the instructed 5min cooking time is not enough. Anyone have an ideas on what to do as I would love to make it again. :((

I love the recipes in this book. So far have made the apple tea cake which is so light, the lime curry paste very yummy and the melting moments. The melting moments are delicious but they have come out very hard and not really crumbly like a melting moment biscuit. My husband made them when I wasn't home. He sticks to the recipe so not sure what happened. I will have to try them out. Has anyone else had this happen?

Thanks for the update.  Will pass that on to customers who have purchased/will purchase.  :)

Please note that the 'Gluten Free Double Chocolate Muffins' recipe on page 135 omitted 130g sugar.
