Forum Kids Lunch box ideas
I make 4 cup cheesy muffins. Haven't converted to thermie yet but will be super easy
1 cup grated cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 cup self raising and then 1 cup of filling such as ham and zuchinni or bacon or fetta and spinach etc etc etc whatever takes your fancy.
Blend it all together and bake in muffin/cup cake tins till golden. they freeze well also if they last that long. Nice served warm as the cheese is still goey.
Only word of warning. they do stick to the muffin tins so I use silicone trays and just do a quick oil spray
i let the scrolls rise and then i put them on a tray with baking paper in the frezer once frozen i put them in a freezer bag. Pull them out to thaw and then bake

do you frezze the pizza scrolls before or after you bake them if you are going to reheat them?
Pizza Scrolls. Chose a bread from the EDC and rolled it out flat added tomato sauce ham, cheese capcicum, roll it up i one long length and then cut into portions and bake! yummy. also good to freeze, I cut them up place them on a tray with banking paper and freeze once frozen they can be placed in a glad bag. The day before we simply pop it in the oven and we have fresh baked rolls
Zucchini slice, custard but I'm after some good ideas too
I'm after some nut free school recess ideas, doesn't have to be healthy, just tasty and freezable?
The apple fritters from this site are really nice and can be frozen. I replace the plain flour with SR and omit the yeast. It makes them much easier to make and I think they taste better without the yeast.
I'm after some kids school lunch box ideas that are healthy, tasty and freeze well. Any ideas?
