I use chia seeds to help set jam,works a treat, 1 table spoon moxed in a little warm water.

Hi,
How did you go with the jam, can you use the same amount as I'm about to attempt some strawberry jam and only have jam setta. Can you advise the outcome??

Hi everyone,
I'm looking through the my way of cooking cookbook and found a kiwifruit-banana jam that looks delish. I'm planning to make it today, but the recipe calls for 1 tsp of agar-agar, which i can't find here. So i bought jamsetta. Can i use the same amount of that in it, or do i need to have the right stuff. Thanks
