Thanks for all your imput. I do realise that alot of the dishes are ment to be served with rice or pasta, but I have been trying to watch my weight, therefore omiting almost all rice & pasta from my diet.

Any how... I love my thermomagic Love

Since the blades are constantly moving, recipes with meat need a lot of liquid to keep everything cooking evenly.

I often just thicken with cornflour (try the Easty Pasta Carbonara I've posted on the forum) or take out some of the liquid and reduce it on the stove.

Most  main meal recipes are best with pasta or rice, so that the dish can be placed in the ThermoServer and these starches can absorb the extra liquid.

I have found this common and wonder if it is because of the style of cooking, liquid doesn't reduce like it does in a frying pan.  Once again - it's just trial and error - you'll get it right Wink

I've found that common too, I'm a big fan of experimenting though so I just reduce liquid somewhere in the recipe or add a bit of cornflour...

Hi All, I have had my TM for about 3 weeks now & I absolutly love it. I LOVE the cookies & cream cheesecake & a gorgeous Salmon recipe (& I thought I didnt like Salmon lol).

Anyway... I have made quite a few things that have turnt out quite runny. Is this normal? I have followed the recipe to a T but it turns out quite watery.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Ive also just read a post on uncooked onions. I too have had this problem, but will saute a bit longer now.

Great site. Fantastic recipes. I look forward to spending many more hours here searching & cooking...
