I use verjuice as a substitute for both red and white wine. Obviously a different colour to red wine... But it still works Smile

Hello, new to Thermomix and fairly new to actually cooking.  Does anyone have ideas on what you can subsitute for red or white in recipes?  I don't know my flavours very well so I don't know herbs and spices and what gives similar/better flavour.
