Hi Pokarekare, yes you can try roasting your nuts for 3-5mins/Varoma/speed 1.

I am new to thermomix and would like some information on how to roast nuts, eg. cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias etc. in the TM. Is it possible? If so, can anyone help or point to instructions somewhere?
