What type of recipes do you wish to prepare?http://www.stsinks.com/

Type in Raw in the search bar comes up with heaps of tasty treats! Also I just bought the changing habits changing lives book which has some great recipes, u just need to convert them ehich id pretty easy once u get the hang of the machine! best thing about thermomix, you control what goes in!

There is a fb page called clean indulgence, she's releasing a book soon but she also posts recipes everynow and then, they are pretty amazing!

Hi guys,

I will soon be starting a blog on using the Thermomix for Clean Eating. It is called Negotiating Raspberry Pi(e).

I will keep you posted once things are up and running...I have been busy experimenting and you can look forward to:

"Caramel" tarts

Chocolate mousse,

Laksa...

All gluten and dairy free (and no artifical sugar).

I have only just got my themomix (yesterday!) but I have been researching and printing recipes for the last 2 weeks and have 5 TM recipe books already!

This is a great blog, I've printed many recipes from here!! She has a section on converting recipes also. http://quirkycooking.blogspot.com/

I can already see that it is SO EASY to eat clean using the TM.

The fact that you can make your own stocks and sauces makes clean eating really easy. And is the main reason I bought it. So I can eat cleaner and preservative free...but still enjoy great food..easily at that!

The steaming factor is awesome for clean eating too. This weekend I am going to try "Chinese-Style Steamed Fish" from the "A Seafood Bounty" cookbook. It would be considered clean if you use a sodium reduced soy sauce. The only ingredients are fish, shallot, oil (coconut i'm sure would be great!) and soy sauce!I am going to serve it with steamed or stir fried (no oil) asian greens! I think there is a similar recipe in the EDC cook book.

As with the soups...I tried potato and leek soup in the demo, it was the most silky, smooth, creamy soup I've ever had and there was NO CREAM! There is some butter but the recipe would work fine without it. The texture was purely the work of the blades! So you could start making a lot of soups! T

I think a majority of the TM recipes could be converted to clean quite easily. Do some recipe research and some experimenting with your TM and you'll have heaps to cook!

I'll try remember to check back in here and let you know how I go with the fish!

Any luck with this??? I would love some clean recipes

Can anyone direct me to some 'clean eating' recipes I can prepare in the Thermomix, or tell me how I go about converting my own recipes to TM suitable recipes?

Thanks
