Hi nicnocnac, run the vinegar wash that is on page 3 of your Everyday Cookbook. Or try a stainless steel cleaner like Gumtion. It will come off with a bit of a scrub.

Hi any tips on how get burnt milk off the bottom of my thermojug.I thought i saw a post somewhere on here or fb thermo pages.Now tht i need it i cant find it . cheers in advance
