Forum Please Help!! I'm Wheat, Egg, Baker's Yeast, Cow's milk, Soy and Peanut Allergic and Hungry!!!
Hi. I made this last night and it was delicious. I couldn't believe how creamy it was without having any dairy in it. I added some peas and carrots to make it a bit more appealing to my toddlers, and skipped the wine, and just used extra porcini stock and used oil rather than butter. If you are OK with barley, it makes a delicious change. I hope you are feeling better on your restricted diet.

Have a look at forumthermomix.com you can look at the recipes but will have to join if you want a question answered. It is free and worth looking at. They have different sections and one of them is dietary .
Wow. You are on a journey! I went off most of this when I was breast feeding my eldest child to try and cure his eczema (it didn't work) and it was dull and hard work! Being off both dairy and soy is going to be tricky. I found the only options were meat and 3 veg. Thank goodness you have a thermomix! Steam your vegetables in the varoma, and make some gorgeous sauces or marinades in the bowl. Also try CADA for breakfast. I have it just on it's own. Delicious.
Try asking on ThermoFun or on Quirky Cooking. Both pages have lots of Likers who will help you!
Yes I have! I'm a HUGE fan but unfortunately Jo's recipes use eggs quite a bit and I can no longer eat eggs. I'm not good enough at this yet to know how or what to substitute...but thanks for trying

Hello! I'm after all the help I can get. After years of feeling dreadful I have finally been diagnosed as allergic to Wheat, Cow's Milk, Egg, Baker's Yeast, Peanuts and Soy. I have done nothing but research online since I found out and am really confused and sad. I would like some help and advice about where to turn and recipes for replacements for everything...baking, bread, condiments etcetera. I have some store bought almond milk which i'm enjoying and will now make my own. I also like to keep away from artificial everything for the health of me and my family. We are an organic loving and chemical free home
thanks in advance!
