      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease the tart dish and set aside...Add butter...1.40 min 50* speed 3
    Add packet of biscuits 10 seconds speed 6
    Scrape sides then repeat...Spread into tart case and refridgerate.
    Break up 2 blocks of Caramilk and add to bowl.
    Add thickened cream
    Add 1 sachet of vegetarian clear gelatine.
    3 min 50* speed 2.
    Scrape bowl and do again.
    Ensure it reaches to 50*
    Pour into biscuit base and refrigerate.The longer you leave it, the more it will set.I would recommended to leave it over night.
  2. Whipped Cream-topping(optional)
    Add a few tablespoons of icing sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla paste into bowl with butterfly.
    Speed 3 until whipped.
    Keep an eye through M/C hole and be careful not to overwhip otherwise it will turn into butter!
