  • 500 g prosecco
  • 330 g Aperol
  • 160 g mineral water, sparkling
  • Slice of orange, place in glass
  • ice, to taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh in prosecco, aperol and mineral water into TM bowl, tare scales between each

    Put on lid and MC

    Combine ingredients 5 sec speed 2.5

    Place ice and orange slice in each glass, top with aperol spritz and enjoy.

Tip

This cocktail is really easy to drink, go slow, they will hit you before you know it!

if you find the drink too bitter as the Aperol is quite bitter, either add more prosecco of reduce the amount of Aperol to 250g
