- 22 g lemon juice
- 22 g Simple syrup

- Place cucumbers, whiskey, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup in bowl. Blend for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- Place ice cubes in glass.
- Serve cocktail over ice.

Tip
For a chunky cucumber cocktail do this to the cucumber and then add the liquid components Set speed 3 for 5 seconds to roughly chop (you don’t want a puree, just broken up pieces). Scrape down. Then, set speed 4 for 3 seconds to lightly crush (to release juices). Add liquids – Add Irish whiskey, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the bowl. Mix & chill – Add about 4–5 ice cubes into the bowl. Then set the Thermomix to Mix mode: speed 5, time 10 seconds, reverse blade direction (so the blades don’t pulverise the ice too much).
