Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and pepper to mixer bowl, mill 30 sec/speed 9/MC on.
Add remaining ingredients, cook 15 min/85°C or 175°F/speed 3/MC on.
Strain liquid with a mesh strainer, You can also use a nut milk bag to strain as well.
