- 2 teaspoons whole cloves
- 200 grams skim milk powder
- 3 level teaspoons ground cardamom
- 2 level teaspoons ground ginger

- 2 level teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 4 level teaspoons vanillin sugar
- 6 heaped teaspoons Drinking chocolate, I use Cadbury

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place raw sugar and whole cloves into the "Closed lid" - blitz for 10 seconds/Speed 10.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix for 20 seconds/Speed 9.
3. Store in an air-tight container.
Note-
.Place paper towel under the lid when mixing, less mess.
.Add more or less chocolate powder if you like it sweeter or not.
