Mudslide

  • 500 g ice cubes
  • 60 g kahlua
  • 60 g vanilla vodka, (or vodka with tsp vanilla extract)
  • 60 g Baileys
  • 70 g Milk or cream
  • 30 g Drinking chocolate powder

Recipe's preparation

    To make...

  1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix and blend 1min/sp9.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy.

    ABSOLUTELY Divine!!!! We used Coffee flavoured Baileys, Yummo, and accidentally splashed too much of all the alcohols in... oops... so then splashed a tiny bit more milk in.... and ended up with enough for 4 of us to have a medium sized one each... Great finish to a dinner, didn't need dessert... Thanks

    YUMMM even better with homemade Baileys and as we didn't have Kahlua we used an espresso shot and 80mls baileys with 100mls vodka.
