Smoothie drink
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 Large lemon - flesh only, skin & pith removed
- 1 apple or pear
- 1 slices fresh ginger, approx 3cm
- 200 g Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk
- 1 Maple syrup, A dash to taste
- 12 ice cubes
- 200 g chilled water, Or more or less if you like thick or thinner smoothie, to taste.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
