Dairy Free Turmeric Chai Latte Powder


  • 4 tsp Black Tea Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom seeds

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all spices & coconut sugar into bowl Closed lid
    30sec Sp.9
    Add coconut milk powder
    10sec Sp.4
    Store in an airtight container.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons Turmeric Chai Latte mix in your favourite mug with boiing water
    sweeten with honey if desired

Coconut Milk can be substituted for Full cream or Skim milk powder for a dairy version
Can also substitute Raw sugar for the Coconut sugar

    Hi! This recipe looks awesome, just wanted to know where you get your coconut milk powder from? I can't seem to find any at my local supermarkets!
