      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all spices & coconut sugar into bowl Closed lid
    30sec Sp.9
    Add coconut milk powder
    10sec Sp.4
    Store in an airtight container.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons Turmeric Chai Latte mix in your favourite mug with boiing water
    sweeten with honey if desired

Tip

Coconut Milk can be substituted for Full cream or Skim milk powder for a dairy version
Can also substitute Raw sugar for the Coconut sugar
