Exotic Pineau Cocktail

  • 10 g fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin disks
  • 75 g pineapple pieces, fresh or tinned
  • 30 g lime juice, from about 1 medium lime
  • 10 g Sugar Syrup, make your own or use bottled cane sugar syrup
  • 60 g Pineau des Charentes liqueur

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (except ice cubes) to your Thermomix bowl and mix 5 seconds/Speed 10.
  2. Add the ice cubes and mix again 5 seconds/Speed 10. Pour into pretty cocktail glasses and enjoy your cocktails in the sunshine or whilst thinking of exotic places!
